Esty has always been creative, from her early musical talents to her love of art and fashion. Everything she does-she does like no one else.

Blessed with a wide variety of skills, interests and talents, deciding on one to pursue was her challenge.

She attended the Institute for Culinary Education in New York and knew right away that pastry could combine food, entrepreneurial adventure and art.
