Payment Terms

We accept cash and all credit cards via Paypal. We do not accept checks. Payment must be received before we process your order.

Refunds

We are truly confident in the cookies we create and we package them with extra care. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us right away.

Sizing

When ordering please look for the sizing on the page of the item you selected. Please note that the size measurement for each cookie is an approximate size.

Care and freshness

- Cookies

Our cookies will stay fresh in cello bags or in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 month. Our cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months, if they are double-wrapped in plastic. Once out of the freezer, allow cookies to defrost at room temperature.

- Cupcakes

Our cupcakes will last for up to three days in the fridge, covered of course.
